Victor Q Jensen

Victor Q Jensen is a foreign exchange student from Denmark. He was born on May 24, 2006, and for what he calls the most spontaneous thing he’s ever done, he came to Blackfoot High School for the 2022-2023 school year. He decided to come to Blackfoot, Idaho because he had been to the coast of the United States, but had never been to the landlocked states, and wanted to try something new. Having lived in both China and Italy as well as his home country of Denmark, Jensen has sampled a wide variety of cultures. Back in Denmark, he lives with his mom, his dad, and his little sister. His mom sells skin care products with her brother and sister, and his dad works for a butcher company. His sister is one of the best swimmers in her events.

In Denmark, Jensen enjoys playing tennis, soccer, PlayStation, and going fishing. When with friends, he usually plays soccer or watches movies. His favorite food is either pizza or sushi, and his favorite color is blue. His biggest role model is his dad, and his celebrity crush is Jordyn Huitema, a soccer player from Canada. His proudest moment was winning a Tennis tournament with a friend of his. If he could choose to live anywhere, he would choose here.

Here in Blackfoot, his host family is the Smith family. He doesn’t have any pets in Denmark, but his host family has four dogs and two cats. His favorite thing about Blackfoot is the student section. If he could change anything about Blackfoot, he would want it to be a little bigger, maybe adding a mall. His favorite thing he has done around Blackfoot is fishing with his host family. His favorite classes at BHS are Team Sports, English, and History.

Jensen would describe himself as “curious, outgoing, brave to try new things, kind, and helpful.” His favorite animal is the Tiger, and if he could have any superpower, he would want old reliable: flight. If he were a chair of any sort, he would be a couch, and his biggest pet peeve is when people chew with their mouths open. After he finishes his high school career, Jensen plans to go to flight school in Denmark and become a pilot.
