Life of the Party

Life of the Party

On May 11 the movie Life of the Party rated PG-13 came out directed by Ben Falcone blowing viewers’ minds (aka me). The movie is about a woman named Deanna played by Melissa McCarthy, who gets dumped by her husband Dan played by Matt Walsh. To reset her life, Deanna decides to go back to college, she ends up having a class with her enthralled daughter played by Molly Gordon. Deanna ends up bonding with her daughter’s friends and learns to have fun.
The movie has good neutral humor and is family friendly. The actors did well, making their parts feel realistic. I would recommend this movie because, in my own personal opinion, this movie really does have an example of how unfortunate events can happen in your life and how sometimes good can come out of it. I would rate this movie 9/10.
