The women’s basketball is going great this year. When I interviewed coach Raimee Odum, I asked what her goal was as a coach, and she had this to say, “My number one goal as a coach is to help create a culture where our players grow as players and people.”
Coach Odum wants them to learn how to work with each other and overcome any hard obstacles they may experience, she also wants the team to have fun and make good memories.
The women’s basketball team’s goal is to get 1% better every practice and every game by focusing on the controllable, while they also emphasized that they want to win a district championship this year. They work very hard for what they do and accomplish. The women’s basketball team is a very friendly team and makes memories with their teammates. So go cheer our women’s basketball team!
