Love, Simon review

On March 16  the movie Love, Simon was released. The movie is directed by Greg Berlanti. The movie is love story based on a book written by Becky Albertalli. The story line is about a 17 year old boy named Simon Spier. The young man hasn’t told is family nor friends he is gay. After he sends an email to homosexual classmate whom is anonymous with the name “Blue” he has fallen in love with which is opened by a blackmailer Simon is forced to come out the closet.

The main actors in this movie Nick Robinson as Simon Spier and Katherine Langford as Leah Burke. All the actors did a well job with their parts. Also Nick Robinson did a very well job portraying a gay guy.

Love, Simon is a landmark in the LGBTQ cinema. I really enjoyed watching the movie because the cinematography was great. I also enjoyed the plot of the story because the fact it was different than any other love story. I believe everyone deserves a love story homosexual or not.
