Underrated Countries-Czech Republic
Ever wanted to visit the greatest country on Earth that people still somehow don’t know about, then there’s only one right answer (besides the U.S) : the Czech Republic!
Formally known as Czechoslovakia, the country is situated in Europe and bordered by Germany, Austria, Poland, and Slovakia, but where it’s located is only a small part of the appeal.
Landmarks: Who doesn’t love a country with a storied history (except bad ones like the U.K, and Germany). Include the multitude of castles but to save time, I’ll only talk about the best
:The Prague Castle
Located in Prague (shocker, I know) this magnificent castle serves as the home of the President of the Czech Republic, this castle has been a beauty on the eyes since the 9th century.
:The Wallenstein Palace
Located in Mala Strana, Prague, the Wallenstein castle hosts the Senate of the Czech Republic
:Krivoklat Castle
This castle in the Krivoklat region of the Czech Republic is a national cultural monument and open to touring.
:St. Vitus Cathedral
The home of the Archbishop of Prague, and located in Prague, this towering piece of gothic architecture is a symbol of the country’s beliefs and values.
:Illusion Art Museum
Do you like art? You do? That’s too bad I thought you were normal, but for people like you there’s a museum. Located in Prague, this museum is entirely dedicated to the art of illusion, and certainly worth your visit.
Culture
The Czech Republic is the perfect blend of old and new, from their centuries old castles and cathedrals, to their modern expansions, and improvements in art and science.
When coming to this country, I truly believe that there’s something for everyone to enjoy now matter how varied it is.
Conclusion
The Czech Republic is the ideal country for everyone, from its massive historical landmarks that hardly fade, to its low profile museums tapered to the creative mind. It’s hard to find a country that is so diverse, and that’s why the Czech Republic is an underrated country.
