In the refrain of the song, she sings, “Save me from this empty fight in the game of life.” The lyrics start unveiling the want to feel free from life, and we can use the lyrics to connect a hidden meaning to Gaga’s condition of fibromyalgia. Not only can we connect her condition and her lyrics, but we can connect a broad spectrum of things you want to be free from. Her lyrics inspire those who are also struggling with things, and it’s uplifting to have a song that recognizes what you’re going through, yet persevering.
